  This company sold me a damaged table with chips and scratches in the paintwork on the black metal legs. They then told me this was part of the design and didnt want to refund. They eventually agreed to a refund but made me pay $85 to courier their faulty goods back to them, which is against consumer law. I wrote emails pointing them to the legislation and including photos of the damage but they refused to obey the law and meet this cost. They threatened to sue me for defamation over my review on their Facebook page (which they have since removed). However after writing a formal complaint letter saying my next step was the office of fair trading, they reimbursed me the courier fees and also issued a $50 gift card with an apology. I appreciate that they made amends. My advice if you shop here is to ask alot of questions about the condition of the goods before you purchase and to study the display models carefully. Be aware too that they will claim you are outside their 7 day refund period if your goods are delivered more than 7 days after the purchase date. They have some nice looking things, just be careful.
